We are delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between NUMERYX and Elm Company at GITEX AFRICA 2024.

A mutual commitment, a willingness to collaborate closely on technical and strategic aspects in favor of the African market, whether Maghreb or Sub-Saharan Africa.

What is a Memorandum of Understanding?

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is a formal document describing an agreement between two or more parties. It sets out the terms and conditions of the agreement, without being legally binding. This document enables the parties to clearly define their intentions and lay the foundations for future collaboration or a definitive contract.

  • It clarifies the expectations and obligations of each party before a formal contract is signed, thus reducing the risk of misunderstandings,
  • It serves as a basis for future negotiations, providing a structured framework and a common understanding of objectives,
  • It demonstrates the commitment and good faith of the parties involved, facilitating smoother cooperation.
